Celebrating our partners in progress

When a company, like Fine & Country sets out to do something good, we need partners in our business; people who like the way we think and the way we implement our marketing ideas. Good leaders know that being a good follower is an important facet of solid leadership. We are proud to say that in South Africa, we have become not only brilliant leaders but exceptionally good followers of the marketing ideas provided by our international studios.

We have no doubt that our international team is proud of our leadership on this continent, which has clearly added so much value to the brand on an international basis.

Awards season has once again flown past and with another year under its belt, Fine & Country Sub-Saharan Africa and its Licensees recently celebrated its hardest working and most successful members of its national team. This year we lit up Tsogo Sun International’s ballroom at OR Tambo International Airport in Kempton Park and we must say our members turned out beautifully for the occasion.

With a huge focus on progress and partnerships at this year’s Annual Convention, our guest speaker for the awards evening was social media expert and legal eagle, Emma Sadleir – who certainly opened a few eyes and dropped a few jaws with her revelations of how easily it can go wrong on social media. The awards evening was not just to acknowledge sales and rentals turnovers but to tip our hat to those offices which continuously make a massive effort to safeguard and elevate the brand through marketing initiatives across a variety of platforms. The venue was beautiful, the guests glamorous, dinner mouthwatering and the drinks flowing as guests caught up and of course we applauded our top 2017 achievers.

We are all ambassadors of the Fine & Country brand in some shape or form in our daily lives.  Our Best Brand Ambassador is an individual who lives and breathes this brand.  An individual who has not just an advocate of the F&C brand but who consciously uses the brand to expand their areas of operation, open doors for other members of our F&C group and goes to great lengths to positively expose the brand to anyone and everyone who crosses their paths. Our winner actively cultivates partnerships, mentorships and business opportunities that benefit the Fine & Country members on a larger scale. This individual is savvy, knowing that growing Fine & Country will result in growth for themselves.
